Revitalized a struggling dealership that had been suffering from low sales, financial instability, and a poor reputation in the community.  Served as a truly hands-on manager in the early days of my tenure, handling everything from vehicle sales and financing to service writing and collections. Dealership currently has five locations, 30+ employees, and a full spectrum of auxiliary services (service, body shop, parts, vehicle rental, finance/insurance).

Accomplishments:
w Increased dealership's annual sales by more than 500% and significantly improved its
     profitability. 
w Received Ford Division's Distinguished Achievement Award in 1991 and 1994 for
     superior dealership performance.
